Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the mobile games published by V-High ("we", "us"), including Archmage Lugh, and to related services and this website (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing or playing our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Game Account

  • When you first start a game, a guest account is created automatically for your device.
  • You can link your account to Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple to keep your progress and restore it on another device.
  • If you use a guest account without linking it, your progress may be permanently lost if you delete the app, reset or change your device. We may not be able to recover it.
  • You are responsible for the security of the platform account (Google or Apple) you link, and for activity on your game account.

3. License to Use the Games

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer or create derivative works from our games, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Virtual Currency and Items

  • Games may include virtual currency and items (such as gems, gold, characters or upgrades). These are licensed to you for use in the game only; you do not own them.
  • Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or traded outside the game.
  • We may change, rebalance or remove virtual currency and items as part of operating the game, in line with applicable law.

5. In-App Purchases and Refunds

  • Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their terms and payment policies also apply, and we never receive your card or payment details.
  • Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from, under its refund policy and the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits the refund rights you have by law.
  • Prices may vary by region and may change.
  • Parents and guardians can use the purchase controls in the App Store or Google Play to manage purchases.

6. Advertising

Our games may show advertisements provided by third parties, including optional rewarded ads that give in-game rewards when watched. Where a "Remove Ads" purchase is offered, it works as described in the game.

7. Rules of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, hack, or use bots, macros, modified game clients or unauthorized third-party software
  • Exploit bugs or errors, or tamper with game data, purchases or rewards
  • Sell, buy or trade accounts, virtual currency or items for real money
  • Interfere with our servers or other players' experience, or attempt unauthorized access
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose

If you find a bug or security issue, please report it to us instead of using it.

8. Updates and Changes to the Services

We regularly update our games. Some features need an internet connection and may be changed or discontinued. If we end a game's service, we will give reasonable advance notice in the game or on this website, as required by applicable law.

9. Suspension and Termination

If you break these Terms, we may restrict, suspend or terminate your account, and remove virtual items obtained in breach of these Terms. You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Account Deletion Request).

10. Intellectual Property

Our games, including their characters, artwork, music, text and software, are owned by V-High or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, V-High is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and notify you in the game or on this website before important changes take effect.
