Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your V-High account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and personal information
- Game progress and achievements
- In-game purchases and virtual items (this action cannot be reversed)
- Friends lists and social connections
- All gameplay data and statistics
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for legal or business purposes, including:
- Transaction records (for financial and legal compliance)
- Anonymized usage data (for analytics and service improvement)
- Information required by law to be retained
How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, please contact us using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to help@v-high.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- Your account username or email address
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
- Any additional information that may help us locate your account
Option 2: In-Game Support
You can also request account deletion through the in-game support system. Navigate to Settings > Support > Account Deletion Request.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Important Notes
- Permanent Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Make sure you want to delete your account before submitting a request.
- In-Game Purchases: Any in-game purchases or virtual items will be lost and cannot be refunded.
- Re-registration: After deletion, you can create a new account, but you will need to start from the beginning.
- Active Subscriptions: If you have active subscriptions, please cancel them before requesting account deletion.

Alternative: Account Deactivation
If you're not ready to permanently delete your account, you may want to consider temporarily deactivating it instead. Deactivated accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging back in.
To deactivate your account, go to Settings > Account > Deactivate Account in the game.
