Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information V-High ("we", "us") collects when you play our mobile games, including Archmage Lugh, or visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Game account

  • A random player ID, created automatically when you first start the game (guest account)
  • If you link your account: the account identifier provided by Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may share your email address or a private relay address, depending on your choice.

Game data

  • Game progress, characters, items, virtual currency, settings and language

Purchase information

  • Records of in-app purchases (product, time, store transaction ID and receipt). Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card or bank details.

Device and usage information

  • Device model, operating system, app version, language and region settings
  • In-game events (for example, stages played and features used), crash and performance data

Advertising information

  • The advertising identifier of your device (Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address and ad interaction data, collected by our advertising partner to show and measure ads. On iOS, the IDFA is used only if you allow tracking.

Support requests

  • Your email address and the content of messages you send us

2. How We Use Information

  • To run the game, save and restore your progress, and keep your account linked across devices
  • To process purchases and deliver purchased items, and to help with purchase issues
  • To show ads, including rewarded ads, and to measure their performance
  • To understand how the game is played, fix bugs, and improve balance and features
  • To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse
  • To answer your questions and requests
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate our games. They process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, when required by law or by a valid request from public authorities, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business (in which case this Policy continues to apply).

5. International Transfers

Our service providers may store and process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on these providers' safeguards for international transfers.

6. How Long We Keep Information

  • Account and game data: while your account exists. After you request deletion, it is deleted within 30 days.
  • Purchase records: for the period required by law (for example, up to 5 years under Korean e-commerce law).
  • Analytics data: for a limited period set in our analytics service, after which it is deleted or kept only in anonymous, aggregated form.
  • Support emails: for up to 3 years after the matter is resolved, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Your Rights and Choices

  • You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop certain processing, by emailing help@v-high.com.
  • To delete your account and game data, see Account Deletion Request.
  • You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad personalization in your device settings. On iOS, you can change tracking permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK, Brazil under the LGPD, or Korea under PIPA), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

8. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections and access controls on our servers, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and notify you in the game or on this website of important changes.
